Housing:  INA offers only the best housing available.  The one bedroom, fully furnished (pots, pans, linens all included) apartments we offer have been thoroughly researched and approved by our Hospitals as well as previous Nurses who have lived there.  Our goal is to make sure you are comfortable and safe.  If you supply your own housing an allowance will be provided for you. 

Travel Reimbursement:  INA offers a reimbursement for your travel to and from your assignment. 

Referral Bonuses:  You can earn an extra $500 for referring a friend who completes a 13-week assignment.

Medical Insurance:  We use one of the largest providers for your healthcare insurance needs.  Our plan is a PPO with low deductibles and low co-pays in order to minimize your out of pocket expenses.

Dental Insurance:  To compliment our Medical Insurance, we also offer an excellent Dental Insurance plan.  As with our Medical plan, we offer low deductibles and low premiums to minimize your out of pocket expenses.

Flexible Spending Account:  An FSA allows you to pay for certain non-reimbursed health care expenses with pre-tax dollars.  This puts more dollars back into your pocket.

Life Insurance:  By signing up for our Medical Insurance plan, you will automatically be eligible for $15,000 of life insurance paid by Integrated Nursing Alliance.  We also offer additional life insurance at minimal cost to you.

Voluntary Long-Term Disability Insurance:  We offer Long Term Disability Insurance to help replace your income should accident, sickness, or death strike.  Check with your National Staffing Advisor for specifics.
